Our students write real essays and take real stages: in 2026, all 8 of our secondary-school entrants were shortlisted for the John Locke Institute Global Essay Prize, and our students speak at the TED-Ed Student Talks showcase.

Every teacher completes our structured training and certification before their first class — method, content, safeguarding and the craft of small-group teaching — with a clear growth path to Principal Teacher for those who stay and excel.
Teach from anywhere
Our teachers work online from cities around the world, teaching students across Asia in after-school and weekend hours (Hong Kong time). All you need is a quiet room, a good connection, and the wish to teach properly.
Who we look for
- A genuine love of teaching children and teenagers, ages 9 to 18.
- Excellent English and a strong humanities or social-science background — Oxbridge or comparable graduates especially welcome.
- The patience to draw out a quiet child, and the presence to hold a lively one.
- Reliability: our families keep the same teacher, week after week.

- Meet us. A conversation and a short teaching demonstration, online. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, both ways.
- Train and certify. Our structured onboarding: the Agora method, the materials, and how we work.
- Take your first class. Start with one group and grow from there, with our full curriculum and teaching tools behind you.
